NYSC 2026 Batch A Stream I: Orientation Course Schedule and Key Dates

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the schedule for the 2026 Batch 'A' Stream I orientation course. Prospective corps members should take note of the important dates and prepare accordingly.

Camp Locations

Orientation camps are located across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Corps members will be deployed to camps based on their state of deployment as indicated on their call-up letters.

What to Bring to Camp

• Original and photocopies of your credentials (degree certificate, statement of result, NYSC call-up letter)
• Valid means of identification (National ID, Passport, Driver's License)
• Passport photographs (white background)
• Personal toiletries and hygiene items
• Comfortable clothing for camp activities
• White shorts and tops for morning exercises
• Writing materials
• Sufficient cash for personal expenses

Important Reminders

• Complete your online registration before the deadline to avoid missing out on this batch
• Print your call-up letter as it contains your camp location and reporting date
• Arrive at camp on time — late registration may result in redeployment to the next batch
• Medical fitness is required — ensure you're physically prepared for camp activities

Who Is Eligible?

This batch is for graduates who:

• Completed their studies and have been mobilized by their institutions
• Are not above 30 years of age
• Have not previously served or been exempted
• Are medically fit for service
