About PLAPOLY Admission Process

  • This is the admission process for all UTME applicants into Plateau State Polytechnic

    1.) Go to designated bank to pay your applicable Post-UTME fee through e-Tranzact pin vending

    2.) Visit Plapoly website, click on prospective student, then click admission, select the National Diploma ND or National Certificate of Education NCE as it may be applicable to you. (Click here to see how to complete an online application form).

    There are 2 categories of applicants here; 1.) Those that chose Plapoly as one their choice Institutions in their UTME application. 2.) Those that did not choose plapoly in the UTME form but want to seek admission into plapoly by participating in the post UTME exam. Click what applies to you and fill the application form as required.

    Warning: Only those that sat for the current UTME should complete this application. You will not be granted admission unless you sat for the UTME exam. All fees (post UTME and Acceptance fee) are non-refundable.

    3.) Print required forms i.e(Application Payment receipt)

    4.) You will be notified via email or SMS that your application is successful and you have been offered admission. (This is why it’s very important that you fill in accurate email and phone number when you are filling your online application.) You can also login to your account regularly to check your application status.

    5.) If you have been offered admission, you will be required to accept this offer by paying the applicable admission acceptance fee through e-Tranzact pin vending at designated bank, the same process as online application payment.

    6.) On Successful payment of Admission Acceptance fee, you will be able to download and print provisional admission letter and screening formand proceed to school for admission processing on announced resumption date.

    7.) Go for admission screening at designated Schools/ location. The following document will be required for screening; you cannot be screened without them.

    • Copy of printed Provisional admission letter
    • Copy of printed and completed screening form
    • Original/copy of O-level (SSCE, NECO) result/ certificate
    • Original/Copy of UTME result/Slip

On successful screening, you will be provided your matric number.

8.) Visit plapoly.edu.ng , select “current student” and click on pay fees. Enter your provided matric number and click get fee detail. Download the payment invoice, print and take it to the bank and pay the stated amount through e-tranzact pin vending collect your confirmation number.

9.) Come back to plapoly.edu.ng, select current student and click pay fees,select pin vending and click pay fees now, enter your matric no like in step 8 above but instead of download payment invoice, click “select payment option”, select pin vending then click “select and pay fee”, enter your confirmation number from bank, click on verify.

10.)On successful payment verification, you will get your school fees payment receipt, and a login pin. Print out and keep a copy.

11.)Go back to plapoly.edu.ng, select current student and click portal login, enter your matric number and pin from your receipt to login.

12.)Complete your profile with accurate information. Print out your student information form (SIF), register your required semester courses, print out your Course registration form (CRF).

13.)Submit your SIF, CRF and Payment Receipt to your department to complete your registration.

PLAPOLY 2015/2016 Post UTME Form Information

Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi (PLAPOLY) 2015/2016 Post UTME screening form for all UTME admission-seeking candidates is now available as has been announced by the institution. All concerned aspirants and interested members of the public that wish to study in the institution are hereby notified and advised to procure their forms as soon as possible.

According the school’s management and authorities, the process of registering candidates for 2015/2016 Post UTME Screening Exercise registration has commenced in the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi (PLAPOLY). The details of the registration, cut off mark have been released likewise.

PLAPOLY 2015/2016 Post UTME Application Procedures, Venues and Dates

The management of the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi (PLAPOLY) wishes to inform prospective candidates and the general public that the 2015  Post-UTME screening form for admissions into the institution is now available.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

i. All interested candidates who chose PLAPOLY and scored 150 points and above in the 2015 UTME CBT.

ii. Interested candidates who did not choose the Polytechnic as their 1st or 2nd choice can also appear for the screening.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE 2015/2016 PLAPOLY POST UTME

Candidates are to pay N2,000 only, excluding bank charges to DIAMOND BANK, BUKURU, on Etransact Vending option. After the payment, candidates must register online at the school site – www.plapoly.edu.ng

SCREENING DATE

The post-UTME Screening will take place at the various departments of Jos and Main campuses from 26th to 28th August, 2015 by 9:00 am. to 2:00 pm. each day.

All  candidates are to come along with the following documents for the screening:

(i) Evidence of payment and online registration.

(ii) JAMB 2015 registration form and UTME score.

(iii) SSCE/NECO/NABTEB results.
