Applications are being accepted for City of Oulu Internationalization Scholarships. These scholarships are open to international master’s degree students.
The University of Oulu is one of the largest universities in Finland, located in the city of Oulu. It was founded on July 8, 1958. The university has around 16,000 students and 3,000 staff.

Admission Requirements
Entrance Requirements:
Academic success; credit accumulation and grade point average. Applicant must have achieved at least 55 ECTS during their 1st academic year (their 1st year of the Master studies) at the University of Oulu.
English Language Requirements:
Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
