UNIABUJA Postgraduate Sandwich Admission for 2025 Contact Session

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Masters of Education Degree Programmes on Part-time basis in the 2025 contact session. 

The programmes are as follows:

1. M.Ed Programmes

a. Sandwich Programmes:

• M.Ed Curriculum Studies
• M.Ed Educational Administration and Planning
• M.Ed Guidance and Counselline
• M.Ed Social Studies Education
• Duration: Twenty-four (24) months

b. Part-Time Programmes:

• MEd Educational Psychology
• MEd Language Education
• MEd Science Education
• Duration: Thirty (30) months

c. Admission Requirements

• Five (5) credits in ‘O’ level including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of Education with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or a first degree in any discipline in addition to a PGDE from a recognized institution.

2. Postgraduate Diploma in Education Degree (PGDE)

(a) Mode of admission: Part-Time basis.

(b) Duration: Eighteen (18) months.

(c) Admission requirements:

• First Degree/HND in a teaching subject.

• Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only.
