The University of Uyo has approved a special amnesty programme designed to help students who were admitted from 1995 onwards but could not complete their studies due to outstanding courses. This initiative offers these individuals a second chance to finish their degrees and obtain their certificates.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Were admitted to UNIUYO from the 1995 academic session onwards
- Have failed courses that do not exceed 24 credit hours in total
- Have a genuine desire to complete their studies
- Were not previously expelled from the university
Note that this opportunity is limited to first degree programmes only.
Programme Cost and Duration
Each course costs N25,000. The entire programme runs for 8 weeks during the long vacation period before the 2025/2026 academic year begins.
