UNIUYO Management Sciences: Free Medical Card Registration for Students

The Faculty of Management Sciences Students' Association (FAMSSA) at the University of Uyo has announced that medical card registration is now ongoing for all students in the faculty.

Why This Matters

Medical card registration is mandatory for all students as part of the final-year screening clearance requirements. Students without valid medical cards may face complications during clearance.

Registration Details

Venue: University Medical Centre, Town Campus
Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (daily)
Cost: Completely FREE

Required Documents

Students must present the following:

• Two (2) passport photographs
• Matriculation or Registration Number
• Full Name

Card Replacement

Students who previously registered but have damaged or old medical cards should visit the Medical Centre for replacements.

FAMSSA urges all students to treat this notice as very important and complete their registration promptly to avoid complications during final-year clearance.
