UNN Post-UTME/DE 2026/2027: Cut-Off Mark, Fees and Registration Guide
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka has opened its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening registration for eligible candidates. Online registration starts on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and ends at midnight on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Who Is Eligible?
- UTME candidates who chose UNN as first choice in the 2026 UTME.
- UTME candidates who scored 160 and above.
- Direct Entry candidates who made UNN their first-choice institution.
- Candidates who will be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026.
Who Should Not Apply?
- Candidates waiting to write November/December 2026 GCE or NECO.
- Candidates below 16 years by September 30, 2026.
- Candidates whose O'Level names do not match their JAMB records.
Registration Fees
- Application fee: ₦2,000
- Processing fee: ₦3,300
- Total expected payment: ₦5,300
How to Register
- Visit the UNN official website.
- Open the UNN portal.
- Select the online application form for the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and generate your invoice.
- Pay through Remita at a commercial bank or supported payment channel.
- Return to the portal, complete your biodata and enter verified O'Level subjects and grades.
- Upload required documents and submit the form.
- Print your registration slip for reference.
Documents to Prepare
- JAMB registration number and JAMB result slip.
- Birth certificate with correct date of birth.
- O'Level result details, including centre and examination number.
- Second O'Level result details if applying with two sittings.
- Direct Entry result verification details, where applicable.
Important Notes for Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry applicants must register for the screening and ensure that their A'Level result presented through JAMB has been verified through the relevant post-secondary education data system before admission processing.
JAMB and O'Level Uploads
Only candidates whose O'Level results are uploaded on both JAMB CAPS and the UNN portal by August 5, 2026 will be considered for admission. Use JAMB e-Facility to confirm your JAMB-side records.
