FUNAI Post-UTME 2025: Complete Registration Guide and Admission Requirements

Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (FUNAI) has opened registration for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening exercise. The deadline for online submission is September 30, 2025, giving candidates ample time to complete their applications.

Eligibility Requirements

For UTME Candidates:

• Minimum JAMB score of 150 marks
• Must have selected FUNAI as first-choice institution
• Meet O-Level requirements for chosen program

For Direct Entry Candidates:

• Minimum of 7 points in relevant subjects
• At least one Merit Pass in the course of study
• Valid Direct Entry credentials (NCE, ND, or A-Level)

Available Degree Programs

FUNAI offers 47 degree programs across various faculties with a uniform cut-off mark of 150. These programs range from Education courses (B.A.Ed. Christian Religious Studies, English Language, Mathematics) to Arts and Sciences (B.A. French, B.Sc. Biochemistry, Computer Science).

Registration Process

Step 1: Payment
Pay the non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 through any of these channels:

• Etranzact platform
• REMITA
• Online debit or credit card

Step 2: Portal Access
Visit the FUNAI admission portal at http://portal.afued.edu.ng to begin your registration.

Step 3: Form Completion
Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic information. Any errors could affect your admission chances.

Step 4: Document Upload

• Upload a passport photograph (JPEG format, maximum 50KB, without glasses or veil)
• Upload your SSCE result
• If applicable, upload NCE or ND results for Direct Entry candidates

Step 5: Submission
Review all entered information carefully before final submission. After submission, print your screening slip for reference.

Important Dates

Registration is currently open and will close on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Do not wait until the last minute to avoid technical issues or missed deadlines.
