Jigawa College of Nursing Sciences Admission into Basic Midwifery and Nursing Programme Announced

The Jigawa College of Nursing and Midwifery (JISCONM) admission form into Basic Midwifery and Nursing programmes announced. Details are as follows;

Sequel to the recent circular released by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (update on Nursing Education Reform) which approved the extension of admission into Basic Midwifery and General Nursing programs to march 2025, the above name College is hereby informing the general public that our admission portal for Basic Midwifery program in both Birnin Kudu and that of Babura, as well as General Nursing Babura is opened for the (period of two weeks) as follows:

MODE OF APPLICATION:

All interested Candidates are advice to visit our portal and note the followings:

• Birnin Kudu – http://www.jisconm.edu.ng – 2nd to 16th March 2024 – Basic Midwifery
• Babura – http://www.consbabura.edu.ng – 2nd to 16th March 2024 – Basic Midwifery
• Babura – http://www.consbabura.edu.ng – 23rd March to 6th April 2024 – General Nursing

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates MUST possess at least five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.

NB: Only WAEC & WAEC, or NECO & NECO, or WAEC & NECO or NABTEB & NABTEB may be combined.

• Only females are eligible for Midwifery program.
• Date for Entrance Examination: Will be printed on the application form
