Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Releases Admission List for 2025/2026 on JAMB CAPS

Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University (formerly Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi) has released its provisional admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session on JAMB CAPS. Candidates who applied to the university can now check their admission status.

How to Check Your Admission Status

Follow these steps to verify your admission:

1. Visit the JAMB e-facility portal at efacility.jamb.gov.ng
2. Log in using your registered email and password
3. Select "Check Admission Status"
4. Access "My CAPS"
5. Click "Admission Status" to view your result

Technical Note: Mobile users may need to switch to desktop mode in their Chrome browser to view the complete admission status page.

Understanding Your Result

• If admitted: You will see your photograph and a congratulatory message
• If not yet admitted: You will see "Sorry No Admission has been Given Yet"

Acceptance Procedure

Admitted candidates have 4 weeks to respond to their admission offer. You can accept or reject through:

• SMS: Send "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" to 55019 or 66019 using your JAMB-registered phone number
• In person: Visit a JAMB-accredited centre if your registered phone number is unavailable

Next Steps After Acceptance

After accepting your admission, print your admission letter from the CAPS portal. This letter is required for clearance and registration at the university.
