KSSB Announces Mewar International University Scholarship, 2023

Kaduna State Scholarship Board (KSSB) has announced applications for the 2023 Mewar International University scholarships. Details are as follows;

The State Government created a scholarship specially for 50 girls to study ICT. Unfortunately, only 35 girls applied. With the goal of making Kaduna State a Knowledge-Based Economy and a Technological Hub for Northern Nigeria, Kaduna State Government has now extended the scholarship in Information and Communication Technology at Mewar International University, Nassarawa State to males and females. The Scholarship covers tuition fees and accommodation for four (4) years only.

The University is a member of Mewar International University, India which has strengths in Medical Courses and Information and Communication Technology. The University in Nigeria benefits from Academic and other Resource Materials from its mother University in India.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants.

Criteria for Eligibility:

• Applicant must have 5 credits in Science/ICT-related subjects, which must include B’s in Mathematics and Physics in one sitting.
• Applicant must secure at least 180 points in JAMB.
• Essay writing is mandatory.
• An applicant with an innovative project is an added advantage.
