LASU Post-UTME/DE 2026/2027: Cut-Off Mark, Eligibility and Portal

Lagos State University has opened online admission screening for the 2026/2027 academic session. The screening is for regular students seeking admission through UTME into 100 level and Direct Entry into 200 level.

Eligibility for UTME Candidates

• Choose Lagos State University as first choice in the 2026 UTME.
• Score at least 195 in the 2026 UTME.
• Be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2026.
• Meet the O'Level requirements for the chosen course.

Direct Entry and PDS Candidates

• Direct Entry candidates must have obtained the JAMB Direct Entry form and chosen LASU as first choice.
• LASU Diploma is accepted for Direct Entry, except that NCE is accepted into Faculty of Education programmes.
• LASU School of Basic and Advanced Studies candidates seeking admission must also meet the stated first-choice and score requirements.

O'Level Rules

• Five relevant O'Level credits are required in not more than two sittings.
• Medicine and Dentistry require one sitting only.
• Engineering candidates using two sittings must have six O'Level credits, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Language.
• O'Level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS before the screening exercise closes.

How to Apply

1. Open the verified LASU admission screening portal.
2. Log in with your UTME registration number and surname.
3. Make payment for the admission screening.
4. Return to the dashboard and start admission screening.
5. Enter your personal details, course choice and O'Level details carefully.
6. Preview your details, certify that they are correct and submit.
7. Download or print your screening report after successful completion.
