UNIABUJA Update: Candidates with Pending NECO Results Can Now Complete Post-UTME Registration

The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has released an important update for candidates who were unable to complete their Post-UTME/Pre-Screening registration due to pending NECO results.

Good News for Affected Candidates

If you started your Post-UTME registration on the UNIABUJA portal before the deadline but couldn't complete it because you were awaiting NECO results, your results have now been uploaded to the system.

What You Need to Do

Affected candidates should:

1. Visit the University of Abuja portal at portal.uniabuja.edu.ng
2. Log in to your existing account
3. Complete your registration process
4. Click on 'Submit' at the end to finalize

Important Requirements

This update applies only to candidates who:

• Had already paid the ₦2,000 pre-screening fee
• Started the registration process before the closure
• Could not complete due to pending NECO results

Note: Your registration is only considered complete after you click 'Submit' at the final step. The Post-UTME/Pre-Screening exercise has officially closed for all other applicants.

Post-UTME Results

Candidates who have participated in the screening exercise can check their results on the university portal. Those awaiting admission offers are advised not to make any change of course on the JAMB Portal at this time—the university will inform you when it's permissible to do so.
