UNN Releases Primary Admission List for 2025/2026 - Guidelines for Admitted Candidates

The University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) has released the primary admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who have been offered admission must follow specific steps to secure their places.

Step-by-Step Guide for Admitted Candidates

Step 1: Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS

Visit the JAMB portal and accept your admission through CAPS. This is mandatory. Candidates who fail to accept on JAMB CAPS will not receive their JAMB Admission Letter and will be considered unadmitted.

Step 2: Generate Payment Invoice

Log into the UNN website (www.unn.edu.ng) or portal (unnportal.edu.ng) using your JAMB registration number. Generate a payment invoice containing your Remita number.

Step 3: Pay Acceptance Fee

Pay N30,000 acceptance fee at any commercial bank, including UNN Microfinance Bank. Collect your confirmation slip with Confirmation and Invoice numbers.

Step 4: Complete Online Registration

Return to the UNN portal, enter your confirmation and invoice numbers, then print your admission slip and complete the online acceptance form.

Step 5: Continue with Other Fees

Follow additional fee payment and registration procedures as outlined on the university website.

Important Warning

The admission is provisional and may be withdrawn if candidates fail to meet minimum entry requirements as specified in the JAMB Brochure. This applies even during final year studies.
