Important: Certificate Requirement

According to the Office of the Registrar, only students who attend the seminar will be issued certificates. This certificate may be required for future academic or administrative processes, so attendance is not optional.

No Classes on Seminar Days

The polytechnic has declared both January 15 and 16, 2026 as lecture, test, and examination-free days for affected students. This means:

  • No lectures scheduled for ND I students on Thursday, January 15
  • No lectures scheduled for HND I students on Friday, January 16
  • No tests or exams will be conducted on these days for affected levels
  • You can attend the seminar without missing any academic activities
