Al-Ansar University Maiduguri (AUM) has announced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who selected AUM as first choice and scored minimum 150 in JAMB can now register.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Al-Ansar University admission screening:
- Minimum JAMB UTME score of 150
- AUM listed as first choice in JAMB
- Five O-level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- Credits obtained in maximum two sittings (WAEC/NECO)
- Direct Entry candidates with relevant qualifications also qualify
Available Programmes
Al-Ansar University offers 28 undergraduate programmes across three colleges:
- College of Arts, Management & Social Sciences: 11 programmes
- College of Medicine & Health Sciences: 6 programmes
- College of Science, ICT: 11 programmes
All colleges maintain the same 150-point cut-off mark for admission consideration.
Registration Steps
- Change institution to AUM on JAMB portal if needed
- Upload O-level and UTME results on both JAMB and AUM portals
- Visit www.aum.edu.ng to access the screening portal
- Pay ₦2,000 screening fee through the university portal
- Complete and submit your application form
