Edo State University Indigent Scholarship for 2025/2026 Session

Edo State University, Uzairue is offering up to 100 partial scholarships to deserving indigent students of Edo State origin for the 2025/2026 academic session. The scholarship covers tuition fees for the duration of the chosen programme.

Scholarship Details

• Type: Partial Scholarship (Tuition Fee Waiver)
• Number of Awards: Up to 100 scholarships
• Coverage: Tuition fees for duration of programme
• Application Deadline: March 10, 2026
• CBT Screening & Interview: March 19, 2026

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be of Edo State origin (evidence of indigene required)
• Minimum UTME score of 180 for the 2025/2026 admission
• Must demonstrate evidence of indigency
• Must have high mastery of written and spoken English
• Must meet entry requirements for chosen course

Excluded Programmes

The following programmes are NOT covered by this scholarship:

• Medicine
• Nursing
• Law
• Medical Laboratory Science
• Engineering

Selection Process
