Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a citizen of an African Union Member State or African Diaspora
• Undergraduate degree from a recognized university with at least Second Class Upper Division or equivalent
• Certified copies of relevant certificates and transcripts
• Valid passport or National ID
• Demonstrated leadership potential and motivation

Scholarship Conditions

Recipients must commit to serve any African Union Member State for a period equal to at least the duration of the scholarship after successful completion. Scholars must not engage in income-generating activities that interfere with their academic programmes.
